Your BBS Pro comes with a 3 yr warranty so no worries here for you. However, there are a few steps you need to take to make sure your unit is indeed malfuncting and needs sent in for repairs.
It is possible that the circuit breaker flipped in back or the fuse blew or both. The fuse needs to be check first. The fuse compartment is in the back of the unit just under the power plug in. You have to get a small screw driver or similar to pry the compartment out to get to the fuse and check it.
To test the breaker, you have to plug the unit in again after the fuse is known good, put the water module in some conducting water and see if when you turn the timer on and the intensity to start position that you get a reading above 0.00 on the display.
If the fuse and circuit breaker are both okay and your unit still does not work, you will need to send it in to Body Balances System, LLC for warranty work. To do that you will need to contact your distributor. If you are unable to get ahold of them, you may contact Body Balance Systems, LLC directly. Tell them your story and request an RMA. After you get the RMA # you will need to follow these instructions:

Your returning system to BBS needs to include the following information:
RMA number on box
Return letter inside box to include: Name, address, phone and RMA number and distributors name or point of purchase.
Problem having with system.
Must be packed in original box or correctly sized box
System must be wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded with a packaging material such as foam peanuts (no biodegradable peanuts) or bubble wrap. NO PAPER OR AIR PILLOWS.
System must be in as new condition and include all components to the system minus sea salt. (When returning the water module that is all that needs to be returned)
System should be shipped with a traceable shipping method and insured for full dollar amount, BBS will not be responsible for lost packages.
Failure to follow any of these requirements and BBS will refuse or return the package to shipper at shipper’s expense. Caution, some packages may be sent from a shipping store and may not have original purchasers name on return label and could be lost. BBS will not be responsible for lost packages.
Systems returned to BBS with no problems will be returned at client’s expense.
